For years, Joan Wolford, Owner and Chef at Savoir Fare Catering, has quietly dreamt of adding a new twist to her catering. Her idea was to use the food truck concept but focus her efforts on delivering a new outlet to her catering customers. “I don’t call it a food truck. I call it a rolling bistro” Wolford said.

Every event calls for that creative spark to convey just the right sentiment. Wolford and her dedicated, seasoned staff have served late-night cheeseburgers from the rolling bistro as a surprise from a bride to her groom with the DJ’s accompaniment of “Cheeseburger in Paradise”. At a local Caribbean bash, C’est Bon delivered and served guests fish tacos, lobster rolls, shrimp boil…and for dessert, Key lime pie. “C’est Bon adds another dimension to delivering a customized culinary experience for your guests,” Wolford said. “And the sky’s the limit...sweet or savory?”
