- How do I check the Event Room’s availability?
Contact Savoir Fare at (540) 338.8300 or visit us at 1 West Loudoun Street in Round Hill, VA 20141-2430. We are open to receive guests Tuesdays thru Fridays from 11am until 3pm. If you are unable to speak to a member of staff leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
- Is there a minimum hire period?
Yes. During the week (Mon-Thurs) there is a minimum hall hire period of two (2) hours. On weekends (including Fridays), the minimum hire period for our Event room is five (5) hours.
- How will I know my event has been booked in the event room?
Once received your signed contract and deposit in the mail, you will receive a phone call from Savoir Fare and an email to confirm your event has been scheduled and booked.
- What is your damage policy?
If you or one of your guests causes any damages to the event room, its structure or the personal property, the client is responsible for 100% of the damages incurred.
- When can I visit the venue to view the hall I am interested in?
Contact Savoir Fare via email or call us at (540) 338.8300 to arrange a convenient time to view the hall. They will answer your questions and draw up a seating/table plan with you, typically four weeks prior to your special event.
- Does my event in the Savoir Fare Event Room have to include catering?
No. Some of our clients opt to include coffee or tea with fresh baked breads, bagels and muffins, a cheese and cracker tray with raspberry ice tea and fresh mint, or to use the room strictly as a meeting place.
- If catering is desired for the Event Room, how soon do I have to decide on the menu?
We request that the final orders are provided within 14 days of the event.
- Do you serve beer or wine?
Yes. Savoir Fare is licensed by the state of Virginia to sell and serve beer and wine. You may provide your own alcohol but it must be supplied free of charge and consumed only by your guests, and not at ticketed events.
- What is the maximum capacity for the room?
The maximum capacity for our Event Room is 30 occupants.
- How many wait staff do I need for my party?
A ratio of one waiter to every 10-15 guests plus the kitchen staff suffices for most events.

- What should I expect in the wait staff’s demeanor with my guests?
Staff should be attentive, neatly presented, charming and quietly efficient. They never forget they are there to serve you and your guests in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
- What is the earliest time I can gain access to a Event Room?
We guarantee that the Event Room will be ready two (2) hours prior to your scheduled event. Earlier access is sometimes possible by prior arrangement.
- What is the latest time I can leave a hall?
For social functions we advise that last drinks are consumed and music switched off by 10pm
