The rehearsal dinner for Wes & Christina was spectacular in every way! A special thanks and recognition to Jason who “outdid” himself with his customer service and attention to detail. Dear Joan,

Now that Nora and Scott’s wedding is past; I have some time to breathe, and to send a proper “Thank You” for your outstanding catering, and especially for your advice and suggestions as we worked through the wedding details. Thank you also for suggesting that Angel could provide additional assistance with the wedding planning. She was wonderful and we appreciated her help, particularly, early on in the day.

The food was excellent as was the service. The cheese table was wonderful, the hors d’oeuvres were delicious and your staff really kept them coming! I even overheard one of the guests commenting that they couldn’t believe how often staff came around with the appetizers.
The family style service was a big success, and it made for lots of friendly conversation among the guests. In particular, our guests loved the tenderloin—cooked just right, and the cheese ravioli in pesto cream sauce was equally yummy.

Savoir Fare Staff was efficient, accommodating, and attentive to the needs of our guests—offering second helpings as the food quickly disappeared from the platters. What can I say about the dessert buffet except, again, “Thank You” for obliging us and for going along with Nora’s wishes—to have a dessert buffet instead of the traditional wedding cake. The brownie-cupcake-ice cream buffet complete with
RediWhip and chocolate syrup was a big hit. I realize that RediWhip is not exactly up to your standards but it truly was what Nora wanted. The cupcakes were scrumptious: coconut, lemon and ganache. I’m not sure which was the favorite but fortunately for us, there were a few leftover so my husband and I enjoyed them the next day.

Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and the staff. I am so grateful to you and your staff for helping to make our May 2nd wedding a successful event. We couldn’t have done it without your excellent service and advice.
